The role requires chartered status and a proven record managing multi-site projects in regulated sectors, with a focus on safety, environmental standards, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing large, multi-site construction projects within regulated sectors such as utilities, gas, or infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of UK construction legislation, including CDM 2015.
• Chartered status (e.g., MCIOB, CEng) is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Advanced understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2).
• Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
