Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a UK Construction Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for construction activities across the country, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and company standards.

You will lead regional teams, engage with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with UK legislation and promoting a culture of safety, quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing large, multi-site construction projects within regulated sectors such as utilities, gas, or infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of UK construction legislation, including CDM 2015.
• Chartered status (e.g., MCIOB, CEng) is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Advanced understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2).
• Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
