Zusammenfassung

CMC Markets is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our UK Compliance team in a Second Line of Defence capacity. The role supports the UK regulated firms, providing compliance advice and risk-based monitoring to identify and manage risks within the Compliance Risk Assessment and Monitoring Programme.

The successful candidate will work with Compliance colleagues and stakeholders across the business to ensure regulatory obligations are understood and followed, support regulatory change projects,

Qualifikationen

• Experience in regulatory compliance advisory.
• Experience translating regulatory advice into practical policy, control or monitoring considerations.
• Familiarity with FCA requirements (COBS, SYSC, CASS, PRIN) and willingness to develop this knowledge.
• Non-AML compliance monitoring experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day compliance support and guidance to the business.
• Assist with maintaining the Compliance Risk Assessment and translating advisory considerations into monitoring, policy and control considerations.
• Contribute to regulatory change initiatives, new product reviews, and governance reporting.
• Support remediation actions, testing and documentation of findings.
• Build relationships with second-line teams and business stakeholders to embed a strong compliance culture.
