CMC Singapore is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our UK Compliance team in London. This second line of defence role provides day-to-day regulatory advice, risk-based monitoring, and support across FCA requirements (COBS, SYSC, CASS, PRIN).

You will collaborate with stakeholders to embed Consumer Duty obligations, prepare papers, and contribute to governance reporting, with onsite work at our London office near Liverpool Street five days per week.

Formación

• Experience in regulatory compliance advisory.
• Knowledge of FCA requirements (COBS, SYSC, CASS, PRIN).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to investigate issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day compliance support and guidance to the business.
• Translate advisory considerations into policy, control or monitoring actions.
• Support regulatory change projects, thematic reviews and governance reporting.
• Assist with responses to regulatory, audit and third-party information requests.
• Maintain remediation actions log and ensure issues are addressed.
