Job summary

Arla Foods UK in Leeds is seeking a Communications Specialist to lead UK internal communications, shaping the corporate narrative and engaging colleagues across the business. You will deliver integrated campaigns, collaborate with global teams and ensure alignment with Feed Life and Arla’s visual identity.

You’ll craft compelling content across articles, video, podcasts and presentations, advising senior leaders and coordinating with agency partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering integrated communications across channels and audiences.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging stories for employees.
• Comfort advising senior stakeholders and coordinating with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated UK internal communications campaigns across channels.
• Lead UK colleague communications, including leadership messaging and town halls.
• Create multimedia content (articles, video, podcasts, presentations) and use AI-enabled tools to enhance content.
• Ensure consistency with Arla's Corporate Visual Identity and storytelling standards.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and global teams to align messaging.
