Arla Foods is seeking a Communications Specialist to join our UK Communications team on a permanent, full-time basis. Primarily focused on the UK market, you will support key communication priorities across Arla and lead the delivery and planning of UK internal communications while partnering closely with global colleagues to align activity and share best practice.
As Communications Specialist, you will develop and deliver integrated, 360 communications that bring Arlas corporate narrative to life, support business priorities and engage colleagues. You’ll lead colleague communications in the UK, contribute to the wider communications agenda and play a key role in embedding Feed life across the business.
To be successful in this role, you will be a confident communications professional with experience developing and delivering integrated communications across multiple channels and audiences. You’ll combine strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the creativity and practical capability to produce engaging multimedia content. You’ll be comfortable advising senior stakeholders, shaping clear narratives and managing communications in a fast-paced, matrix organisation. Strong collaboration, judgement and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to balance UK priorities with global alignment. Success in the role will be reflected in informed and engaged colleagues, confidently supported leaders, consistent and visible use of Feed Life, and, high-quality communications that strengthen Arlas reputation and support business performance and culture.
