Job summary

Avon UK is seeking a Communications Specialist to deliver engaging, timely communications to our employed and self‑employed Representative community. You will work with global and local stakeholders to bring Avon’s strategy to life through compelling content, campaigns and communications across digital platforms, email, social channels and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, marketing, PR, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating engaging content for digital platforms and campaigns.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating projects with various stakeholders.
• Confident managing online communities and engaging audiences.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to respond to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality communications.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance metrics and optimize engagement.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver UK Representative communications plan across digital, email, social, and events.
• Adapt global content for local market relevance and engagement.
• Communicate incentive programmes and business updates to field teams.
• Provide timely communications during operational updates and issues.
• Own editorial calendar for Representative and Sales Leader Facebook communities.
• Lead day-to-day community management and foster engagement.
• Plan and deliver internal communications including town halls and emails.
• Coordinate internal and external events, handling logistics and communications.
• Monitor channel performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support product seeding by coordinating samples for journalists and influencers.
