Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in enterprise/domain/solution architecture within large organisations.
• Strong tech literacy across cloud, data and software architecture.
• Knowledge of commercial banking capabilities, customer journeys and supporting tech.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise architecture views, target states and roadmaps.
• Experience analysing dependencies, risks and trade-offs, with clear options and decisions.
• Ability to influence global platforms, value streams and senior stakeholders.
• Good understanding of security, resilience, privacy, data management and risk controls.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, target state and roadmap for UK Commercial Banking.
• Translate business priorities into clear technology strategies and investment recommendations.
• Represent UK CMB requirements across global value streams and major platforms.
• Ensure funded strategic initiatives align with architecture principles, regulatory and resilience standards.
• Assess initiatives, document trade-offs, risks, and transition plans.
• Maintain an accurate view of applications and technology estate, including ownership and lifecycle status.
• Lead architecture governance with decision papers and risk management; coordinate senior stakeholders across teams.
