Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Europe, US or other common law jurisdiction.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2+ years post-qualification legal experience.
• Previous work experience in a law firm, government, or in-house at a technology company.
• Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on strategic technology service agreements with enterprise and public sector customers and partners.
• Provide ongoing legal counsel and regulatory guidance for senior executives and teams on product, operations, security, compliance, data protection and public policy matters.
• Lead or participate in legal team projects and manage issues arising in existing relationships.
• Support the UK public sector engagements, including Crown Commercial Service frameworks and G-Cloud procurements, and coordinate multi-country deal structures.
• Pioneer AI-driven transformation of legal operations and contract review processes to improve speed and consistency.
