Job summary

HRString is seeking caring individuals to join our UK-based domiciliary care team as care support workers. The role involves monitoring health indicators, assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, and household tasks to support service users in their homes.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Prior care experience is welcomed, but full training will be provided to ensure high-quality, person-centered care for service users in our community.

Qualifications

• Must be resident in the UK with valid right to work.
• Previous care experience is welcome but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and assist with medications under supervision.
• Administer bedside and personal care such as ambulation and hygiene.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users.
• Plan, prepare, and serve meals for service users.
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing and ironing.
• Maintain client confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity at all times.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes to the manager or supervisor.
