Crystal Clear Recruitment Ltd is seeking a qualified solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE and a solid background in UK business immigration to join a client-focused practice in Harrow. You will advise corporate clients on sponsor licences, visa applications and compliance, while developing strong relationships and handling a varied caseload.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ PQE with demonstrable experience in business immigration.
• Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and routes for corporate clients.
• Experience advising employers on sponsor licences, Skilled Worker and compliance.
• Excellent drafting and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise corporate clients on UK business immigration matters incl. sponsor licences and compliance.
• Prepare and submit UKVI applications with supporting documentation.
• Assist with immigration audits and Home Office compliance matters.
• Draft and review legal advice and client guidance.
• Record time and manage billing in line with firm procedures.
