Jacobs is seeking an Associate Director for Bridges and Structures to lead engineering delivery across the UK. You will guide engineers, shape technical solutions and influence project direction across highways, rail, energy and major infrastructure programmes.

The role combines technical excellence with leadership, embedding digital delivery, automation and sustainable design while developing client relationships and project outcomes.

Qualificações

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status, or working towards chartership with a clear pathway to achieving it.
• Experience delivering structural engineering projects within infrastructure, transportation, energy, utilities, buildings or related sectors.
• Strong technical engineering and problem‑solving capability.
• Experience leading projects, technical packages or engineering teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
