Job summary

You will lead engineers, shape technical direction, and embed digital delivery, automation and data-led approaches to improve performance, resilience and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards chartership.
• Experience delivering structural engineering projects within infrastructure sectors.
• Strong technical engineering and problem-solving capability.
• Experience leading projects, technical packages or engineering teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering solutions across highways, rail, energy, and major infrastructure programmes.
• Influence project direction and embed smarter ways of working with digital tools.
• Guide engineers and develop talent within Bridges & Structures.
• Deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
