Based from the office with occasional travel, the role emphasizes clear communication, accurate design and cost analysis, and support for negotiations on major LVAC projects.

Responsibilities

• Determine actual project technical and operational requirements from Clients’/ Contractors’/ Consultants’ specifications.
• Communicate complex technical enquiries to Engineers, Designers and Sales/Quote Engineers for accurate designs and cost analysis.
• Clarify potential confusion and correct design or costing errors during tender/pre-contract.
• Respond to technical questions internally and with the customer.
• Support tender negotiations for major/complex projects and produce detailed action reports.
