Deltatre is seeking a UK-based Content Operations Manager to run live and VOD content for a designated client portfolio. You will manage day-to-day content operations, image creation, scheduling, publishing and quality checks across multiple front ends, in collaboration with Senior Content Operations Managers.

You’ll coordinate with live events teams, create thumbnails, build playlists and ensure metadata aligns with client requirements, while growing independence over time.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in content operations, media operations or digital publishing for a streaming, broadcast or sports media platform.
• Hands-on experience ingesting, scheduling and publishing VOD content in a CMS or video platform.
• Working knowledge of the VOD workflow end to end: ingestion, transcoding, metadata, playlisting and front-end verification.
• Experience supporting live event operations, including scheduling and real-time monitoring.
• Experience writing and maintaining metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) to a style guide or client specification.
• Experience creating thumbnails and images in Adobe Photoshop, including building templates from brand guidelines.
• Experience running quality checks on content playback, metadata or front-end presentation.
• Experience handling day-to-day client or stakeholder requests and escalating risks clearly and early.
• Experience writing or maintaining process documentation and checklists.
• Able to work late midweek and weekend shifts around live events.
• Experience with geo-restrictions, rights windows or content availability rules.
• Knowledge of sports formats and programming, such as pre- and post-game shows, highlights and replays.
• Experience training colleagues or clients on systems and tools.
• Experience contributing to proof-of-concepts or onboarding for new clients.
• Experience across multiple front ends (web, mobile, connected TV).

• Handle day-to-day running of live and VOD content across a designated client portfolio.
• Coordinate with Senior Content Operations Managers on planning, prioritization and delivery.
• Ingest, enrich, schedule, publish and monitor content across lifecycle stages.
• Build playlists, manage front-end presentation and hero updates.
• Create thumbnails and hero images, and templates from brand guidelines.
• Manage metadata across VOD content and ensure consistency with client requirements.
• Conduct regular content playback and metadata quality audits.
• Provide real-time updates, reporting and risk elevation to management.
• Support and on-board new clients and share knowledge within the team.
• Respond to operational issues and optimize workflows and processes.
