Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in demand generation or performance marketing.
• All experience must be in B2B marketing.
• Personally held and delivered against a revenue target.
• Comfortable partnering with local sales on hand-off and pipeline reviews.
• Experience tailoring campaigns for a UK market with ROI focus.
• Experience briefing centralized marketing automation, CRM, and paid media teams.
• Some experience with AI in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key driver of revenue growth in the UK, managing leads, pipeline and revenue.
• Run an always-on UK demand generation programme and regional initiatives.
