Job description

The Position:

We are looking for a dedicated Account Coordinator to join our team in Swinton - S64 8AB and Kiveton Park - S26 5PF.

Role of an Account Coordinator:
  • Booking agency workers for work and planning their rotas ensuring all staffing orders are filled and supplied on time
  • Managing agency worker attendance and performance
  • Manage payroll, daily hours checks and inputting of data
  • Pre-screening applicants and booking for interview
  • Complete group interviews and site inductions - completing right to work checks, new starter paperwork, H&S induction etc
  • Ensure all new starter paperwork is completed correctly and logged on the system
  • Complete KPI reports
  • Attend client meetings
  • Completing and sending various attendance reports and trackers
  • Manage and process worker queries including holiday requests, pay queries, and support requests.
As an Account Coordinator, you will need to have:
  • Experience in people management
  • Good knowledge of right to work procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in managing large groups of people
  • Time management skills and the ability to manage own workload
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages and being up to date with the latest technology (apps, google sheets, etc)
