This UI Designer role involves supporting voicebots and chatbots, acting as a technical consultant in speech recognition, conversational technology, and AI.

Responsibilities include:

• Using prompt engineering, LLMs, NLU, directed dialogue, DTMF, and chat to design, develop, and maintain user interfaces and documentation for self-service channels.
• Analyzing business needs and processes with internal customers; assisting with task and workflow analysis.
• Building relationships with project managers, developers, product managers, and external clients to determine requirements.
• Supporting usability testing and user performance activities.
• Maintaining knowledge of contact center metrics and evolving technologies.
