PM Digital is looking for a world-class Design Lead to help us scale the visual and UX performance of some of the fastest-growing DTC brands in the world, and help lead our team of UX designers by setting the standards. From conversion-driven landing pages to beautifully branded Shopify experiences — you’ll lead the charge.

?What You’ll Be Responsible For

As Design Lead, you’ll own the output, growth, and systems of the Design Department. This is a leadership and craft role.

? Your Core Responsibilities

• Lead the design execution across all CRO, Landing Page, and Shopify projects
• Own Figma structure: from templates to team file hygiene and scalable systems
• Review and approve all designs before dev handoff (you set the bar)
• Sync weekly with PJM, Dev & CRO leads to align on what’s converting — and bring it back to design

Create and maintain templates for:

• Homepage
• Product Pages
• Cart / Nav
• Mentor and train our design team on CRO design principles, best practices, and creative trends
• Stay on the pulse of conversion design: what’s working, what’s tired, and what we’re testing next
• Be a go-to problem-solver: from tight turnarounds to creative challenges

?What Makes You a Fit

• You’ve led design teams or squads in a fast-paced agency or growth-focused brand
• You deeply understand conversion design, not just pretty layouts
• You’re fluent in Figma, UX systems, and working with devs & CROs
• You’ve built (or want to build) a design system that scales
• You give great feedback, and take it like a pro
• You’re proactive, organised, and bring energy to the room
• Resilient mindset when things get tough
• You are a leader, can manage people and be someone who can be relied on
• Bonus: experience with Shopify brands, or direct response copywriting funnels
• Fully remote, async-friendly team
• Work on global brands with high-impact reach
• Access to CRO insights, data, and playbooks from one of the most performance-focused teams in the space
