Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager for a high-end private property environment in London. You will support day-to-day management and operations of prime residential and commercial properties across London, coordinating maintenance, contractors and supplier relationships.

This hands-on role requires highly organised, proactive individuals who can manage multiple priorities while working with UHNW clients and their teams, including international travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in prime/high-end residential property, private estates, facilities or operations management.
• Strong understanding of property maintenance, repairs, refurbishment and contractor management.
• Experience working with high-net-worth/private clients.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of prime residential and commercial properties.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Manage contractors and suppliers, including quotes, contracts, schedules and negotiations.
• Liaise with tenants, property managers, estate agents, developers and other stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for UHNW individuals, handling requests discreetly and professionally.
• Conduct property visits and inspections, ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
• Manage procurement, invoices, budgets, payment tracking and supplier relationships.
• Research and source products, services and specialist suppliers.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams, keeping deadlines and actions on track.
• Maintain accurate property records, supplier databases, trackers and operational documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documents for senior stakeholders.
• Provide wider operational support to the property management team, including occasional international travel.
