Venquis Limited is supporting a fast-growing e-commerce business by hiring a UGC & Performance Creative Lead. The 3-month contract aims to potentially transition to a permanent role, with flexible WFH and an emphasis on results over fixed hours.

The role focuses on UGC, creator management and performance creative, including sourcing creators, building a scalable content pipeline, and testing across paid social using ROAS, CAC and CPA to optimize customer acquisition.

Formación

• Experience with user-generated content and creator management.
• Ability to plan and manage a scalable content pipeline.
• Proven track record using paid social to drive acquisition and ROAS.

Responsabilidades

• Source and manage creators for scalable campaigns.
• Build and optimize a content pipeline for performance creative.
• Test and iterate creatives across paid social channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok).
• Use ROAS, CAC and CPA metrics to drive customer acquisition and efficiency.
• Own the acquisition strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.
