Job summary

United Infrastructure Group is seeking an UGC Engineering Manager for leading a multi-engineer design team across 33–400kV EPC projects in the UK. You will oversee technical integrity, standards, and client interfaces, driving quality and programme delivery.

The role requires extensive T&D experience, leadership of EPC design teams, and strong knowledge of UK design standards. A hybrid work model and senior leadership exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Master's degree in engineering is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Hold overall technical accountability for UGC engineering outputs across allocated schemes.
• Lead a team of Senior/Lead Engineers; manage resource allocation across concurrent schemes.
• Represent UIPTD at client governance forums and design reviews; ensure quality and programme compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering quality, delivery efficiency and safety culture.
• Ensure CDM 2015 obligations are met and design teams comply with standards.

Education

Degree in Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering

Masters in Engineering (desirable)
