Job summary

Inzpire is seeking a Software Developer for UAV-focused training devices in the UK. The role involves developing software for synthetic training devices and MR integrations, with emphasis on flight dynamics, MavLink, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will work within a SCRUM framework and may travel to MoD Boscombe Down for project work. The team values Python/C/C++/C#, .NET MAUI, UDP networking, VR/AR/MR, and collaboration tools like Azure DevOps and Git.

Qualifications

• Experience developing software for UAV/Mission Training Devices.
• Experience with SCRUM development methodology.
• UK National with residency of at least 5 years and ability to travel to MoD Boscombe Down.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for synthetic training devices and MR integrations.
• Collaborate with defence customers and cross-functional teams.
• Travel to MoD Boscombe Down up to twice monthly for face‑to‑face meetings.
