Job summary

PIE Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager for the M40 Corridor to drive growth and build lasting relationships with tyre retailers and dealerships across the West Midlands. This field-based role offers a clear commercial scope and the backing of an experienced telesales team.

You will own customer relationships across the territory, grow sales of exclusive brands, and collaborate with telesales to optimize promotions, rewards, and data-driven account management.

Qualifications

• A proven record of developing commercial customer relationships and delivering against sales targets.
• Strong field sales habits, clear communication and the confidence to present products and proposals credibly.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop customer relationships across the West Midlands, covering independent tyre retailers, car dealerships and other trade accounts.
• Grow sales of the business’s house and exclusive brands while strengthening and expanding the dealer network.
• Work closely with telesales to resolve customer issues, identify opportunities and keep promotions and reward programmes moving.
• Use the CRM properly, maintain clear call reporting and represent the business at customer and company events when required.
