Service Care is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor for a short-term contract based primarily at the North Area Office. The role involves surveying, design support, contract documentation, and travel to additional sites as needed. You will use AutoCAD and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and safety.

The contract lasts 2 weeks with an hourly rate of £36 (Ltd). The candidate should be able to work independently or as part of a team and be willing to travel within the North area

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Building Surveyor
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and building design
• Strong contractual and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the North our client area and beyond if needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct building surveys and inspections efficiently and accurately
• Assist with building design and renovation projects
• Manage contractual documentation and liaise with stakeholders effectively
• Use AutoCAD for drawing and design work
• Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and team members
