Job summary

Service Care is seeking a Building Surveyor for an initial two-week contract in Yeovil. The role focuses on property surveying, inspections, defect assessment, and coordinating schedules of work, with technical leadership across multiple projects.

You will cover defined regions, support wider areas when required, and ensure statutory compliance and high service standards. Ideal candidates bring proven surveyor experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage concurrent projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee work carried out by in-house teams and approved contractors.
