Job summary

Lyminster Primary School in Littlehampton is seeking an outstanding teaching assistant to support children with complex SEND and deliver a nurturing, flexible curriculum under the direction of a teacher. The role involves 1:1, small group and whole-class support across the school.

This permanent post is 32.5 hours per week, term-time only, with either morning 8:30–12:15 and 12:45–3:30, or 8:30–12:45 and 1:15–3:30, located in Littlehampton.

Job Details

Salary: £24,796-25,185 pro rata

Contract Type: permanent, term time only

Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week, either:

8:30am - 12:15 morning session (12:15:12:45 Lunch Break) 12:45 - 3.30pm afternoon session, Monday - Friday

or:

8:30am - 12:45 morning session (12:45:1:15 Lunch Break) 1:15 - 3.30pm afternoon session, Monday - Friday

We are looking for an outstanding teaching assistant, with experience of supporting children with complex SEND and delivering a flexible, nurture-based curriculum under the direction of a teacher. The role involves a variety of 1:1, small group and whole class support working across the school, as well as taking an active role in continuing to develop the provision
