Job summary

Co-op Academy Delius is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to lead a comprehensive operations service across its Bradford campuses. You will oversee caretaking, site supervision, cleaning, maintenance, catering, lettings and events, ensuring compliance with Fire Safety, Health & Safety, IOSHH and COSHH requirements.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent essential.
• Basic Health & Safety Certificate essential.
• Health and Safety Qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, COSHH) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management across multiple campuses.
• Oversee caretaking, site supervision, cleaning and maintenance.
• Manage catering, lettings, and events management, building works.
• Ensure Fire Safety and Health & Safety compliance (IOSHH/COSHH).
