Job summary

Islamia Girls School and Brondesbury College for Boys in London NW6 is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day school operations across both sites, ensuring efficient administration, admissions processes and ICT and finance coordination.

You will work closely with the School Business Manager, Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to develop a high-performing office, drive continuous improvement and uphold safeguarding and the Islamic ethos of our schools.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in office management, administration or operational coordination.
• Experience supervising, managing or motivating a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the reception and administration teams across both schools.
• Overseeing the admissions journey, from initial enquiry through to pupil enrolment.
• Coordinating open days, school events, admissions activities and parent communications.
• Supporting HR administration, recruitment processes and staff records.
• Collaborating with site, IT and finance colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve systems.
