Premier Inn is seeking a Multi-site Hotel Manager to lead a cluster of four hotels in the Faversham area. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold Premier Inn’s standards across the portfolio.

As a senior leader, you’ll coach Hotel Managers, manage performance, and ensure safety and quality while delivering strong financial results. This is a fixed-term contract through February 2027 with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Experience in a complex/high profile business with hierarchy and matrix structure.
• Experience coaching and developing large successful teams to deliver business goals.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate Hotel Managers across 4 hotels to ensure outstanding service, results and compliance.
• Manage daily operations within the hotels, including bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one.
• Understand the bigger picture and drive improvement to spot commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotels.
• Lead, develop and coach Hotel Managers to deliver high performing teams.
• Support the delivery of regional plans and results within brand standards.
