Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking a proactive Dual-Site Practice Manager to lead two private dental practices in Crawley and Coulsdon.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop teams, manage performance and costs, maintain regulatory standards, and ensure a high-quality patient experience across both sites. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle priorities across two locations while delivering steady growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in dental industry, ideally in a management or senior role.
• Proven experience in dental practice management and daily operations.
• Strong financial oversight and cost control.
• Excellent people management and leadership.
• Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance.
• Understanding of CQC requirements and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills with SOE, Word and Excel.
