You will be responsible for P&L, growth plans, and key partnerships with clinicians, NHS, and suppliers, with an emphasis on delivering excellent patient care and commercial results.

Qualifications

• Experience with practice-level budgeting and P&L management is desirable.
• Strong leadership and people management skills are essential.
• Commercial awareness and ability to drive growth initiatives within a multi-site practice.

• Input into budget preparation and practice P&L management.
• Lead the dual-site operation with focus on growth, performance, and KPI delivery.
