Zest Business Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations for two established private dental practices in Crawley and Old Coulsdon. You will oversee daily operations, manage finances, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with dental regulations across two sites.

The role requires at least 1 year in the dental industry, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Salary from 38k with fees paid. Based in Crawley and surrounding areas.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year's experience within the dental industry.
• Ideally in a practice management or senior role.
• Dental practice management and day-to-day operations.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• People management and leadership skills.
• HR regulations, policies and procedures.
• CQC requirements and compliance.
• Communication skills with patients and team members.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
