Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Business Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of Retford Enterprise Centre and Middletons Yard. You will lead reception staff, drive occupancy, manage budgets and build strong tenant relationships to support a thriving business community in Retford and Worksop.

We value organised, commercially aware candidates with strong communication skills who can coordinate facilities, health & safety, and events at two centres.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused, commercial, property or facilities environment.
• Strong people management skills.
• Commercial and financial awareness.
• Sales, marketing or business development experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of both centres.
• Lead and support centre staff.
• Drive occupancy through sales and marketing.
• Manage budgets, income and expenditure.
• Build relationships with tenants and customers.
• Oversee leases, invoicing and credit control.
• Promote meeting rooms and centre services.
• Coordinate maintenance, facilities and contractors.
• Ensure health, safety and security standards.
• Support local businesses and business events.
