Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a highly organised Business Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of Retford Enterprise Centre and Middletons Yard. You will manage both sites, lead reception staff, drive occupancy, promote meeting rooms and services, and ensure financial and contractual responsibilities are met.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work across both centres and engage with tenants, visitors and the local business community to grow occupancy and income.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of both business centres.
• Lead and support centre staff.
• Drive occupancy through sales and marketing.
• Manage budgets, income and expenditure.
• Build strong relationships with tenants and customers.
• Oversee leases, invoicing and credit control.
• Promote meeting rooms and centre services.
• Coordinate maintenance, facilities and contractors.
• Ensure health, safety and security standards are met.
• Support local businesses and business events.
