Heart of Kent Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Inpatient Unit for twilight shifts. This part-time role covers 18:30 to midnight with 19.25 hours per week across flexible weekends and banking on-call patterns.

The advertised FTE salary is £35,190, pro-rated for the part-time hours. You will join a multidisciplinary palliative care team delivering holistic assessment, care planning, symptom management, and family support in a compassionate, patient‑centred environment with weekend

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in palliative care is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist palliative care within the inpatient unit.
• Perform holistic assessments and contribute to goal-focused care planning.
• Educate and support patients, families, and carers.
• Work within the multidisciplinary team to develop and evaluate service delivery.
