LV Care Group is seeking Complex Needs Support Workers for Twilight shifts in Jersey. You will provide high-quality care to Service Users, following care plans and safeguarding welfare, while supporting daily living activities in the home and community.

Roles include part-time and zero-hour opportunities, with training online and ongoing supervision to ensure standards. Emphasis on respectful, person-centered care and collaboration with the care team.

Formación

• No formal qualification required, but RQF Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable, or willingness to undertake.
• Level 3 RQF Medication Unit is required to undertake medication administration.

Responsabilidades

• To work as part of a care team providing high-quality care, developing an effective means of communication between members of your team and colleagues.
• Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users.
• Support the Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s).
