Job summary

Burnview Healthcare in Northern Ireland is seeking a Care Assistant for twilight shifts from 7pm to 11pm to deliver person-centred care. You will promote dignity, independence and quality of life, following individual care plans and our values.

The role involves assisting with personal care, mobility and eating, providing companionship, recording observations, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Training and Access NI checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Good standard of education.
• Basic record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal hygiene (washing, dressing, toileting).
• Support residents with mobility, positioning, and use of aids (hoists, wheelchairs).
• Assist with continence care and incontinence support.
