The Profs seeks a highly organised Tutor Operations and Community Administrator to support our tutor relations team across The Profs Group. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, compliance, quality, engagement, payments and technical support throughout the tutor lifecycle.

This hands-on role suits a self-starter who can prioritise a varied workload and collaborate across two brands in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem-solving.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in an operations, administration, customer support, compliance or similar role.
• Confident with tech-based systems and processes.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows at once.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional communication.
• Ability to work independently within established processes and escalate when needed.
• University degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage tutor recruitment funnel and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate tutor engagement, feedback surveys and scheduling.
• Oversee intercom help centre and daily triage/responses.
• Support compliance, safeguarding, payments and refunds processes.
• Monitor tutor quality and performance and escalate issues.
• Document and report product/ account issues to tech team.
