Job summary

The Profs, an award-winning EdTech company, is seeking a motivated graduate to join our Tuition Sales Team in London. You will be the first contact for inbound tuition enquiries, build client relationships, and manage the full matching process to pair clients with the right tutor.

You will demonstrate the value of our service, collaborate with tutors for high-quality matches, and contribute to team strategy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound tuition enquiries
• Build strong relationships with clients and manage the full matching process
• Demonstrate the value of our service to clients and ensure proper tutor matches
• Collaborate with tutors to create high-quality, long-term matches
• Contribute to team strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support a sales-driven client success environment with a focus on quantity and quality of matches
