Overview

Tutor, Assessor, Workforce Adult Skills – Thurrock Campus, Full Time

Workforce Adult Skills Tutor/Assessor at Thurrock Campus. 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. We are looking for a motivated, multi-skilled Tutor to deliver a range of short training programmes in a fast-paced environment to help the unemployed get into work.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver short training programmes in areas related to the workplace, such as basic IT, customer service, health and safety, conflict management, employability skills, developing confidence, problem solving, and related topics.
  • Support learners to progress into employment or further study.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet learner needs and maintain a positive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • In possession of a level 3 teaching or training qualification.
  • Confident delivering short programmes in workplace-related subjects.
