Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a 1:1 Tutor (Part Time / Full Time) in Belper to support learners in Maths and English. You will plan engaging, curriculum-aligned sessions and monitor progress, providing weekly progress reports.

Sessions may occur at students' homes, libraries, online or in schools, with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. We welcome applicants with teaching qualifications or experience, DBS (enhanced) and a passion for helping learners grow.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification/experience (classroom or 1:1).
• Ability to plan and deliver Maths and English lessons following national curriculum.
• Experience of working with students with EHCPs.
• Enhanced DBS (willing to apply).
• Patience, understanding and passionate about helping young learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 tutoring in Maths and English.
• Plan, adapt and tailor sessions to meet individual needs.
