Job summary

The Launch Group is an award-winning training and recruitment company delivering skills development across the UK. We seek a Tutor/Assessor to deliver sector-specific workshops, support candidates, and help shape content with guidance from senior staff.

You will build relationships with employers, monitor progress, and participate in continuous improvement. A teaching qualification and an assessor qualification are expected, with support to achieve them, plus a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Requires a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education and Training, PTLLS, or willingness to work towards one).
• Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA) or commitment to complete it with our support.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to transport.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Tutor / Assessor (Education and Training)

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am - 5.00pm (Flexible)

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne / Working from Home

Reporting to: Head of Training and Quality

What You’ll Do
