Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd in Bridlington is seeking flexible tutor(s) to provide 1:1 Maths and English support, with hours that fit around school timings or after school. Locations include students' homes, libraries, or schools across the region.

The role welcomes tutors with classroom or 1:1 experience, a passion for helping students achieve, and a willingness to undertake DBS checks. Short-term and long-term opportunities exist with competitive pay and ongoing consultant support.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification/experience (classroom or 1:1).
• Ability to plan and deliver Maths and English lessons following national curriculum.
• Experience of working with students with EHCPs.
• Enhanced DBS (willing to apply).
• Passionate about working with young people.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 maths and English tutoring to students.
• Plan, adapt and tailor sessions to meet individual needs.
• Sessions will take place in students' homes, libraries or schools.

The Role
