Job summary

Millbank Holdings is seeking an experienced TAR Manager to lead planning and delivery of major turnaround and shutdown activities at a large process facility. You will oversee safety, schedule and budget while coordinating internal teams and contractors.

The role requires Chartered Engineer status or equivalent, proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and strong contractor management. You will work closely with site leadership to align maintenance with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status or substantial experience delivering maintenance and turnaround programs in heavy industry.
• Experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams in complex operating environments.
• Strong knowledge of contractor management and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop turnaround strategies that support safety, reliability, asset integrity, cost control and delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of internal staff and contractors through preparation and execution.
• Create schedules covering maintenance, shutdowns, restart and project work.
• Manage contractor performance, resources, budgets and milestones.
• Coordinate with operations to align turnaround with business priorities.
