Job summary

CCL Global is recruiting an experienced TAR Area Lead to support a major industrial turnaround project in Hull. The role involves coordinating mechanical turnaround activities, preparing detailed work packs, monitoring progress and ensuring safe execution according to site procedures.

The successful candidate will bring at least 3 years in planning roles within industrial maintenance or turnaround environments, with proficiency in SAP, PICS and iPlan, and hold recognized site safety

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience in a planning role in industrial maintenance or turnaround.
Mechanical qualification such as an apprenticeship, NVQ, ONC, or HNC.
Experience with planning systems SAP, PICS and iPlan.
Safety certifications (CCNSG Safety Passport, ACE Card, CSCS or equivalent).
Health and safety training such as IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary site team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed work packs for all identified equipment and activities.
Provide weekly updates on Job Task Documentation (JTD) and turnaround progress.
Identify, escalate and manage technical queries and risks throughout the turnaround lifecycle.
Provide technical expertise and practical guidance during the turnaround execution window.
Ensure compliance with site standards, standing orders and health and safety procedures.
Liaise with planning, engineering and site execution teams to support effective delivery.
