EET (Essar Energy Transition) is seeking a Cost and Commercial Lead for turnarounds at Stanlow/Ellesmere Port. You will own estimates, budgets and funding submissions, drive cost control, forecasts and EAC across planning and execution, and challenge proposals to maximize value.

You will coordinate with operations, maintenance, procurement and finance to deliver turnarounds safely, within budget and approved funding, while leading changes and ensuring robust commercial assurance throughout the

Formación

• Significant turnaround or major-project cost experience in refining, petrochemical or heavy industry.
• Experience developing estimates, budgets and forecasts from definition to execution.
• Strong cost control, forecasting and reporting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of turnaround estimates, budgets and funding submissions.
• Maintain cost control frameworks and baseline budgets across turnaround events.
• Forecast commitments, accruals, actual costs and EAC during planning and execution.
• Analyze cost performance, identify risks/opportunities, and advise leadership.
• Challenge contractor proposals and commercial models to maximise value.
• Shape sourcing and delivery strategies with procurement and contracts teams.
• Lead change control and ensure accurate assessment of scope changes.
• Provide commercial assurance for tenders, awards and final accounts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recovery strategies for value delivery.
• Produce and present cost/performance reports to governance forums.
• Support benchmarking and continuous improvement in cost management.
