Essar Energy Transition (EET) at Stanlow Manufacturing Complex, Ellesmere Port, is recruiting for the role of Head of Commercial Sales & Logistics. This site-based position operates Monday to Friday, with regular travel as required to support commercial and logistics activities.

The successful candidate will lead the strategy for commercial sales and logistics, develop growth-focused plans, manage customer relationships, and drive efficiency through digitalisation and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in commercial sales and logistics.
• Degree level with MBA preferred.
• Experience with hazardous goods sales and distribution; strong HSSE compliance knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and delivery of the Commercial Sales and Logistics strategy to drive growth, market share and profitability.
• Develop and execute channel and business development strategies aligned to refinery capability and market demand.
• Manage commercial sales performance and logistics, optimizing value and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, overseeing order-to-cash processes and invoicing.
• Drive digitalisation, automation and data-driven decision making across the function.
