Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in greenkeeping, groundskeeping, or turf management.
• Strong network of industry contacts and peers.
• Passion for sport and a deep understanding of turf performance standards.
• Confident communicator with a natural ability to engage others.
• Willing to travel across your region and work independently.
• Eager to learn, develop, and grow in a commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise turf professionals with the right product solutions for their needs
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across your region
• Develop your technical product knowledge through in-house training and hands‑on experience
• Work closely with our internal team to help deliver regional sales targets
• Stay connected to developments in the industry and represent the Avoncrop brand with professionalism
