Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Divisional Turf Account Manager to oversee dealer relationships and drive growth across regional turf networks. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting dealers with strategic alignment, product rollout, and commercial initiatives.

Travel up to 30% across the region to meet dealers, run events, and collaborate with sales and technical teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving license is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Experience in turf equipment, groundcare, or related field is desirable.
• Experience in account management or dealer support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for turf dealer network and build high-value partnerships.
• Drive adoption of turf machinery and core product lines with dealers.
• Collaborate with sales and tech teams to deliver product expertise and alignment.
• Plan dealer events, product demos, and regional sales campaigns.
• Mentor dealer staff and provide tools to hit commercial targets.
• Conduct regular dealer business reviews, virtual and in-field.
• Represent dealer interests in regional/global development projects.
• Travel across the region up to 30% of your time.
